Tahir Mammadov was born on February 13, 1979, in Baku. In 2000, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of History at Baku State University. In 2005, he obtained an MBA in Finance from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.Tahir Mammadov is an experienced professional executive with extensive expertise in finance, management, and business development. Over the years, he has held positions such as Chief Financial Officer, Director of Business Development, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and has served as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for more than 10 years. 

He has distinguished himself through successful leadership in manufacturing, agribusiness, finance, corporate governance, and strategic planning.From 2007 to 2016, he worked as General Director at Milk-Pro LLC; from 2016 to 2017, he served as Director of Shamkir Agropark; from 2017 to 2018, he held the position of Deputy Executive Director at Synergy Group and Baku Agropark. From 2018 to 2023, he served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at SAB / Zahmat Ruzi. Since April 2025, he has been working as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Atena Group OJSC. At the same time, since 2024, he has been serving as an Advisor to the Executive Director at the public legal entity "Restoration, Construction and Management Service in Jabrayil, Gubadli and Zangilan districts".
