Caspian Energy Club UAE was established in January 2023.

Emil Isgandarov was appointed to the position of a Chair of the Board of “Caspian Energy Club UAE” in 2023. 

Emil Isgandarov was born in Azerbaijan on August 28, 1983. After graduating from the school No. 189 in 2000, he studied in bachelor's degree. He studied in the speciality of Business Administration at American University in Dubai in 2015.

Emil Isgandarov has been contributing by active participation in all the events organized by the Consulate General of Azerbaijan in Dubai for more than 20 years. At present, Emil Isgandarov seriously promotes the interests of our country in the UAE.

The representative office has represented Azerbaijan in many international events, participated in bilateral meetings, organized a number of forums and B2B, B2G and M2M meetings since its establishment, which helps to expand the horizons in the field of interaction between business and government, as well as private sectors of both countries.

Our mission and purpose:

Main purpose of the establishment of Caspian Energy Club UAE is to attract and regularly inform representatives of private and public sectors in this country about the investment potential, favourable economic conditions, sustainable development, reforms implemented, innovations related to the implementation of big projects of Azerbaijan and other countries where we operate, as well arouse the interest and provide the involvement in these processes.

Our mission is to maintain continuous dialogue between entrepreneurs of the countries where we operate, as well as to contribute to the development of B2G, B2B and B2C dialogue of these countries.
