Azerbaijan Energy Automotive Factory MMC is a new electric bus manufacturing enterprise that has started operating in the Sumgayit Chemical Industrial Park of Azerbaijan. It should be noted that in 2024, within the framework of cooperation with the BYD Company Limited of the People’s Republic of China, the localization of electric bus production in Azerbaijan was implemented. The factory will produce electric buses under the BYD brand, using China’s advanced technologies.
