Jeyhun M. Guliyev was born on April 2, 1973, in Baku. He finished education at Secondary School No. 3 with a gold medal.
From 1995 to 1999, he studied at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Baku State University, graduating with honors.
Between 1998 and 2002, he obtained a second higher education degree in Law from the same university.
From 1996 to 2003, he worked at the Baku Main Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
From 2003 to 2005, he served as Director of Legal and Administrative Management at “Caspian Electronics.”
Since 2005, he has been working at “Caspel” LLC and is currently a member of the Board of Directors
