Emin Misirkhan oglu Khankishiyev was born on September 4, 1977, in Baku.
From 1994 to 1998, he obtained a bachelor's degree at the Faculty of Accounting and Audit of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics. He later earned an MBA (Master of Business Administration) in International Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Azerbaijan Technical University.
Between 1997 and 2009, he led the automation processes of production enterprises within “Azersun Holding.”
Since 2011, through the company “Uniser Group,” of which he is the founder, he has been providing innovative solutions in the fields of information technologies, business process automation, and digitalization for both the private and public sectors. At the same time, he continues to offer continuously evolving products and services in the areas of transport, logistics, and supply chain automation.
With the U-DPAS (Universal Dry Port System), specialized in the management of ADY-SMART and dry ports, he introduced the first local brand to the market in the field of digitalization of Azerbaijan’s logistics sector.
