Ilgar Akhundov was born on September 16, 1974, in Baku.
He is currently the Director and Founder of “Bon Accord Engineering Supplies (Caspian) Ltd.” The company operates in the supply of pipe products and warehouse management for the oil and gas industry.
Ilgar Akhundov received his higher education at Azerbaijan State University of Economics. He studied Production and Business Management at the university from 1992 to 1997 and obtained a Master’s degree.
He completed his secondary education at Secondary School No. 83 in Baku between 1981 and 1991.
Ilgar Akhundov is married and has three children.
