Natig Pashayev began his professional career in 1998 as a Sales Supervisor at CATEL LLC. During this period, he was actively involved in organizing the efficient work of sales agents, assessing product and production knowledge, and arranging and delivering training sessions to support the continuous development of the team.
Since 2000, he has been working at Azercell Telecom LLC. It should be noted that at that time, Azercell was part of the international telecommunications group TeliaSonera and was considered one of the strongest mobile operators in the region. Natig Pashayev held various managerial positions within the company. He started as a regional sales representative and later led the regional retail sales and the Baku retail sales divisions. During his tenure, he managed strategic areas such as market and competitor analysis, the expansion of sales points, development of the distributor network, and the setting and monitoring of sales targets.
From 2010, he served as the Sales Director of Azercell. Overall, he worked at Azercell for 18 years, playing a key role in shaping and executing the company’s sales strategy. Since 2018, he worked as the Head of the Sales Department at KoçSistem. KoçSistem is the leading IT company of Koç Holding, one of Türkiye’s largest industrial and investment groups.
During this time, he managed sales, presales, and sales support teams, achieving significant results in expanding the corporate client portfolio and securing large-scale projects. Due to his high performance and strategic management skills, he was promoted in 2019 to the position of Director of KoçSistem Azerbaijan. Since 2023, he has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Caspel LLC, continuing his activities in strategic development, increasing sales, and enhancing operational efficiency.
