Gudrat Hajiyev began his professional career in the aviation sector, where he gained experience in organizing and coordinating operations. He currently serves as the Executive Director of Summer Tour Azerbaijan, one of the leading tour operators in Azerbaijan. Within the tourism sector, he has demonstrated a systematic approach to project management, process improvement, and performance analysis.
He has also been actively involved in establishing international partnerships, developing the product portfolio, and implementing market-oriented projects.
As part of his social activities, since 2019, he has been an active member of the board of the Azerbaijan Tourism Agencies Association, contributing to the institutional development of the sector.
