Samida Elmraz qizi Qaniyeva was born in 1979 in the city of Sumgait. She received her higher education (bachelor’s degree) at the State University of Management in Moscow and graduated with honors. She continued her education at the same university, enrolling in the master’s program and also graduating with honors. She began her professional career at a media agency, where she worked in customer service and media. Later, she gained work experience in the production sector in Moscow. 

Since 2016, she has been working at the "156" and "166" group of companies. She started her career there as a sales manager and currently holds the position of Deputy Director. During her time at the company, she has actively participated in the implementation of international ISO standards, the development of technical zones, and the improvement of the company’s internal processes.
