Vadiya Alakbarzadeh
Chair of the Committee on Human Capital, Education, and LeadershipVadiya Alakbarzade, daughter of Afghan, was born in Baku.
From 2007 to 2011, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in International Law at the Faculty of International Law and International Relations of Baku State University.
From 2011 to 2013, she earned a master’s degree in Civil and Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law of the same university.
From 2020 to 2023, she received a second higher education in State and Municipal Administration at the Faculty of Administrative Management of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Since 2023, she has been pursuing doctoral studies (PhD) in International Law – Human Rights (with a focus on artificial intelligence and legal regulation) at the Faculty of Law of Baku State University.
In 2012–2013, she worked as a lawyer at “Yusifbeyli and Partners” law firm.
In 2013–2014, she worked as a lawyer in the Legal Assistance Service at ASAN Service Center No. 1.
In 2014–2015, she worked as a corporate lawyer in the Legal Department of “Yeni Heyat Companies Group.”
From 2016 to 2019, she held positions as lawyer, senior lawyer, and department director in the Legal and Human Resources Department of “Az Duty Free Shops LTD,” operating under Gilan Holding.
From 2020 to 2022, she worked as Head of the Department for Work with Citizens and Documents at the Electronic Government Development Center.
Since 2023, she has been working as a lecturer at the Department of Human Rights, Information and UNESCO at the Faculty of Law of Baku State University.
Since 2023, she has been the Director of “VIVID and PARTNERS” LLC.
Since November 2024, she has been serving as Deputy Director at “SAĞLAM AİLƏ” LLC.
Since February 2026, she has been serving as Chair of the Legal and Ethics Committee of the Association of Private Medical Institutions.
Since March 2026, she has been working as Managing Director of the “SAĞLAM AİLƏ” Medical Centers Network.
