From 1998 on, Natiq Pashayev worked as a sales controller at CATEL LLC.  He supervised the work of sales agents, assessed their knowledge on manufacturing of products and arranged trainings for them.

In the year 2000, he started working as a regional sales representative for Azercell Telecom LLC. He was responsible for analyzing market trends and competition, increasing the number of sales points and supplying them with Azercell products, assessing workers’ knowledge on Azercell products and conducting trainings for them. He also took care of issues concerning advertisement placement, sales control and work performance. In the course of his work, Natiq Pashayev headed and supervised corporate sales, retail sales in Baku, regional retail sales, analysis and reports, and SIM-card sales departments. He also managed budget and revenues, as well as set tasks to distributors in regard to sale of Azercell products. From 2013 on, he headed a regional sales department. In 2014, he was appointed a head of the Baku sales department. In total, he achieved 18 years of service in Azercell Telecom LLC.

From 2018 on, he headed the sales department at KoçSistem and was in charge of sales, pre-sales and sales support units. Owing to high achievements, he became a Director of KoçSistem in 2019.

Since 2023, he has been the acting General Director of Caspel LLC.
