Telman E. Aliyev, born on August 3, 1976, in Baku.
    
Since 1991, he has initiated, headed, and consulted a wide range of digital and print media outlets, internet portals, as well as marketing and consulting companies in the Caspian–Black Sea and Baltic regions.

Since 1999, he has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Caspian Energy International Media Group.
    
Since 2001, he has been an advisor to energy companies, financial, and investment-industrial groups in Azerbaijan, Russia, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Türkiye, and EU countries on issues of marketing, brand management, PR, and government relations.

Starting in 2008, he began working with the sports federations of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Georgia as a psychologist and crisis manager to enhance athletes’ performance at international competitions.

Since June 2002, he served as First Deputy Chairman and CEO, and since March 3, 2020, as Chairman and Group CEO of Caspian Energy Club. 

Since November 24, 2017, he is the author and head of the www.TELLMANN.show project. 

Since March 3, 2025, he has been the First Deputy Chairman of the National Business Association of Azerbaijan (Milli.Biz).

Since August 3, 2025, he has been the First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Caspian Energy Holding.
