Caspian Innovation Forum is an international platform that brings together companies, government institutions and experts operating in the fields of innovation, digital transformation, artificial intelligence and advanced technologies.

The Forum operates with the support of the working groups functioning within the Commission on Business Environment and International Ratings of the Republic of Azerbaijan. 

The Forum promotes the implementation of digital and innovative technologies, supports startup development, facilitates investment attraction, and creates opportunities for innovative solutions to enter international markets. 

Key topics include the development of digital technologies and anticipated legislative changes in the field of information technologies. 

The Forum is held twice a year in Azerbaijan and four times a year in the countries of the Caspian, Black Sea and Baltic regions.
