The National Financial Inclusion Forum is organized to promote greater accessibility to financial services, the implementation of innovative financial instruments, and the advancement of sustainable financial solutions.

The Forum operates with the support of the working groups functioning within the Commission on Business Environment and International Ratings of the Republic of Azerbaijan. 

Topics discussed include green finance, ESG standards, financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, development of women’s entrepreneurship, startup support, and enhancement of financial literacy. Particular attention is also given to financing women entrepreneurs, support mechanisms for SMEs, and the development of support programs for startups. 

Special sessions of the National Financial Inclusion Forum are held throughout the year in various regions of Azerbaijan.
