Complex Drilling Works Trust of SOCAR

About the company: SOCAR CDWT, the successor of the old and proud school of Azerbaijani drillmen, was established by the order of the Azerbaijan Republic President Ilham Aliyev in March 2007.
The Trust is a full-fledged member of the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC). Possessing
a high-skilled staff of specialists and well-equipped production base meeting all latest standards, the Trust
successfully performs all types of the industrial work.
The Trust’s portfolio includes such projects as a discovery of Umid field, horizontal wells at West Absheron
and Pirallakhy fields, a project on enlargement of underground gas storages and a commissioning of highoutput gas condensate wells at Bulla Deniz field.
The level of the production professionalism and technological support makes SOCAR CDWT the largest
and the advanced national drilling organization of our Republic.
