About the company: SOCAR Marketing and Operations was established to ensure effective sale of oil and petroleum products in Azerbaijan and the global market in accordance with the interests of SOCAR.

SOCAR MO is also engaged in sale of hydrocarbons of operating companies functioning on basis of production sharing and joint venture agreements. SOCAR MO seeks to carry out effective supply of oil and oil products to customers and to achieve new markets. Oil export is carried out via three pipelines: Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan, Baku-Supsa, Baku-Novorossiysk. Azeri Light oil produced at Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli fields is exported along the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) and Baku-Supsa pipelines. Condensate from Shah Deniz field is exported via BTC. Crude oil produced at SOCAR fields is exported along the Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline.

SOCAR MO also exports petroleum products such as gasoil L-62 (D-01), jet fuel TS-1, vacuum gasoil, bitumen BNB 50/70 and etc., as well as methanol, urea and petrochemical products.
