Shahin Bagirov meets with Caspian Energy Club members

Lieutenant General Shahin Bagirov, Chairman of the State Customs Committee, has participated in the B2G forum held with the presence of the Caspian Energy Club member companies. This was said by Caspian Energy Club Chairman and Group CEO Telman Aliyev.
Lieutenant General Shahin Bagirov, Chairman of the State Customs Committee, informed the event participants about measures taken to establish business and stable cooperation with foreign trade participants. He spoke about the importance of establishing an open transparent dialogue with business representatives, studying their proposals and viewpoints with the aim to improve efficiency of applied innovations and to promptly solve challenges arising in the customs field.
In the course of the B2G Forum, the State Customs Committee employees made reports about the results of application of the Automated Risk Analysis System (ARAS), e-cabinet and methods of customs valuation.
During his speech at the event, Caspian Energy Club Chairman and Group CEO Telman Aliyev expressed deep gratitude to Lieutenant General Shahin Bagirov, Chairman of the State Customs Committee, for the participation in the meeting and for constant attention and support provided the Club.
Then Lieutenant General Shahin Bagirov, Chairman of the State Customs Committee, answered questions given by representatives of companies participating in the B2G and heard out their suggestions.
In conclusion of the meeting, Caspian Energy Club Chairman and Group CEO Telman Aliyev presented an honorary membership certificate to Lieutenant General Shahin Bagirov, Chairman of the State Customs Committee. Lieutenant General Shahin Bagirov, Chairman of the State Customs Committee, in turn, presented Caspian Energy Club membership certificates to companies which participated in the meeting.
The meeting continued with an informal networking which enabled B2G Forum participants to exchange ideas and proposals.
